Hand therapy clinicians specialize in rehabilitation of the arm and hand injuries including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and fingers. IDEAL’s hand therapists have extensive training in the fabrication of custom thermoplastic splints and braces.

After five years of practice and thousands of hours of mentoring under highly experienced certified hand therapists, an hand therapist can test into the highest certification available to them and become credentialed as a “Certified Hand Therapist” or “CHT”.
